Things you should know about your first visit at First Step Counseling:

• We do not expect you to be clean on your first treatment visit.

• You will meet with a Board Certified Physician and a Therapist during your initial appointment. 

• The doctor will prescribe medication to effectively eliminate your withdrawals and cravings.
  (Suboxone, Zubsolv, Bunavail,  or generic buprenorphine and/or naloxone)

• Our therapist will help you understand ‘triggers” and how to avoid such, as well as helping design a unique recovery program for your ultimate needs.

 

What you’ll need to bring with you:

• A photo ID (Driver’s license or State ID)

• If you have insurance, please bring your ID cards

• A fresh attitude for starting a new and improved way of life!
